How much notice do you need for orders?
We require at least 5 days of notice for all orders. Orders placed within 48 hours of the requested delivery date are subject to a $20 rush delivery fee. We will confirm availability when you submit your inquiry form.
Do you accommodate allergies and halal requirements?
Yes. All products are prepared using halal-certified ingredients. We can swap items and clearly label nut, dairy, and gluten components. Please include allergy details in the message field of the contact form.
Do you provide utensils and serving accessories?
Boards include decorative boards and serving bowls for dip-based spreads. We do not include dinnerware or flatware in standard pricing; please request additions in your inquiry notes.
What is your deposit policy?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
What safety and hygiene practices do you follow?
All surfaces and materials are thoroughly sanitized prior to preparation. Gloves are worn from start to finish to ensure your food is handled safely.
